It is a privilege to recognize and celebrate our Flag View Intermediate School Teacher of the Year for the 2025–2026 school year, Mr. Clayton Tempel, known to many of us simply as “T.” 
This year, Mr. Tempel was overwhelmingly chosen by his colleagues, which speaks volumes about the impact he has on our school community.
Mr. Tempel is not only an outstanding educator, but also an incredible person. His colleagues consistently describe him as someone who goes above and beyond, always willing to step in and help wherever he’s needed. He brings a calm, steady, and positive presence to our school each day, and his genuine care for both students and staff is clear in everything he does.
He has been an important part of Flag View for many years, and his impact can be seen across our entire school. Through his leadership, his relationships, and his dedication, he has helped shape the culture of our community in a lasting way. As one
colleague simply said, “He is the GOAT,” and many others shared that he is truly a pillar of Flag View.
